Pain In Penis, Tight Foreskin, Burning Urination, Foul Smell. Solution?

I have a lot of pain on my penis .the fore skin is tight at the top its really painful when I pulldown;sometimes I get burning sensation during urination.when I touch the part beneath the skin it's really painful.sometimes I get a bad smell.I have been suffering from dis since 5yrs.please give me a solution to ovrcome this problem.Iam nt married. I didn't hav sex till now with anyone.my age is23.I masturbate daily

Welcome to HCM

You have tight fore skin and you are not able to retract the skin. You have problem of burning sensation during urination. See tight fore skin can occur due to a surgical condition called phimosis. The is a common problem and individual cant retract the fore skin. In some people frequent burning in urine is presenting symptoms and some times if it get stuck on bulb of penis it may result in a condition called paraphimosis, which is a Painful condition. Consult a surgeon for best management. Common treatment for such condition is Circumcision by a good surgeon.
