Pain In Right Chest, Shoulder And Neck, On Pressing Right Chest, Burp Will Come. What To Do?

Hi Doctor, I have pain in right chest, shoulder and neck. I am suffering this for the last 5 or 6 years. I met many doctors and also had done many medical tests. They advised me to do exercise. When I press on right chest, burp will come. Please help me Thank You
