Pain on right side front of neck/throat that hurts when I yawn or look up and a little when I swallow aned when I suck a straw. I feel very tired, sick tired, and have almost cold symptoms but no stuffy head. I have had a similar pain when my neck was malaligned. Hurts to press in to feels pulse there and my throat on that side feels funny and I feel a little wheezy BTW just got back from Puerto Vallarta when this began after a couple days hime
