Pain In Shoulder Goes Down To Elbow, Started Working In Yard. What Could Be This?

about 2 weeks ago I was raking in the yard at first thought was just muscle strain im 54 yrs old but now the last few weeks have a stinging pain that starts in my shoulder and goes down my right arm to my elbow and its quite painful but then I can go 2-3 days without any pain. I have no insurance. Any idea whats going on ?

Thanks for posting your query.
From description radiating pain to from shoulder down to arm and elbow seems to be due to pinched nerve. Thourogh clinical examination is required . I suggest you to get it evaluated by orthopaedician to reach the correct diagnosis and treatment plan according to that.
