Pain In Shoulder, Hurting More With Inactivity. Have Knots In Medial Scapular Area. Possible Nerve Compression?

I've been having pain in my shoulder for the last week and a half.I have some knots in medial scapular area however anythin gi do doesnt help. My arm/shoulder hurts more when i do nothing.. i have no limits in ROM or increased pain..Hurts more with sleep and inactiviity.. I was wondering if it sounds like nerve compression.

Thanks for using HCM.It would help if you were examined by a doctor/Orthopaedic surgeon who can examine you and investigate you based on the findings on the physical check up.The possibility of this being secondary to musculoskeletal causes or impingement on the shoulder joint is there.Ruling out cervical spine problems and brachialgia would help rule out any neurological deficit.
