Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The pain could be due to the hypertension, or refractive error of the eyes. It may also be a tension head ache, due to some tensions in the house or office.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Practice yoga, meditation, and reading books, and hearing music as a diversion procedure.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to help the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
