Pain In Solar Plexus Region, Constant Diarrhea, Nausea, Big Burps. Something Serious?

Hello,
I've been having a lot of pain in my solar plexus region, and constant diarrhea for the last 2 days. Through out the night I've had more pain in that area, and I feel very nauseous but haven't thrown up yet. I keep getting big burps though. Should I go to a doctor? I feel that this isn't related to anything I ate.

Hi, it is called food poisoning, or viral diarrhea, it is a self limiting disease, and can be secondarily infected with bacteria.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin , a combination of omeprazole and domperidone, combination, and loperamide when ever necessory. Thank you.
