Pain In Testicle, Burning While Urinating. Scan Showed Fatty Liver. No Help From Potrate MB6 Syrup, Alfoo Tablet. Suggest

Twenty days before I had sudden pain in my left testies and felt burning sensation while urinating (that is for only once).I am staying out of my native so I called our family doctor he told to take quintor tablets (it was not available in our area do I took cifran 500mg) . I felt some relief. After two weeks I visited a urologist in my native and took all test . In scanning there is no presence of any stone but it is mentioned "fatty liver". Doctor prescribed me to take vitamin E tablet,Potrate MB6 Syrup, alfoo tablet. I was taking medicine for the past 1 week. there is no improvement now I am feeling to urinate more and after urination I feel still urine inside the tube and I am slightly getting pain in my left testicles occasionally. Please suggest me what is my problem and suggest whether the medicines are correct.

You have not mentioned your age which is very important. The symptoms you are experiencing could be because of infection or prostatic enlargement if you are more than 50 yr old. If your urine test shows no pus cells then infection can be ruled out. I guess your urologist is treating you for prostatic enlargement and if you are not finding any relief with medications you need to consult urologist again and may consider surgery for prostate.
