M A MALE 23 UNMARIED BEFORE A YEAR I EXCERCICED VERY OVER LOAD AND SLOWLY I FELT PAIN IN MY TESTIS AND BACK SO NOW I M FEEELING MY SIZE OF TESTIS IS INCREASED AND I M SO WEAK IN ACTIVITIES I CANNOT DOING SEX 2ND WITUH A GIRL EARLY AND I DONT WANNA RUN WALK ETC I M USING EVION 600 MG BUT THAT IS NOT FULLY RESPONSIBLE PLZ HELP ME

Pain in the testis could be because of many reasons like infection of testis, epididiymus or urinary infection, calculi etc...
Evion is vitamin E tablet , it does not cause your symptoms.
As you are saying your testis is increasing in size better consult a surgeon for detailed evaluation
