Pain In The Abdomen. Discomfort While Urination. Reason?

I woke up this morning and had to urinate and felt kind of sick to my stomach, my upper abdomen was in severe pain, I went to restroom and the pain got worse after I relieved myself. If I lay on my right side it hurts the worst and if I lay on my left side it hurts a little more than on my back. It has been 3 hrs and it still hurts though I am up and about but the pain is still in same place and about a 6-7...

Hi
Your symptoms are consistent with urinary tract infection

You should consult Family physician and get checked urine routine, culture of urine and blood sugar level.

Meantime have plenty of fluids especially lemon juices .You may require course of antibiotics with vitamin supplements.
