Pain In The Butt After Being Fingered. Hurts To Walk, Sit. Suggestions?

Yesterday, I was in the back of my boyfriends car and we started making out and touching. He fingered my vagina and anus, he didn't put his penis in me anywhere. But about an hour and a half, my vagina was kinda sore. I couldn't sit crisscross without a little pain in the vaginal regin. NOW, TODAY, I woke up with no vaginal pain; but I have a pain in my lower left butt cheek. It pretty much only hurts when I'm walking, getting up, and sitting.
What could this be?
Is this going to kill me?
Would anything like an aspirin help it?
I personally believe this is because he was fingering me too hard...
PLEASE HELP!

Hello,

Forceful or rough fingering around vagina and anus may cause pain on that region. Though it will gradually decrease and no treatment is required.

You should avoid wiping genital area too much, maintain genital hygiene, wear loose fitting underwear, take adequate rest and hot compression locally.

Take some pain killer medication or cream to get relief. Be well.
