Pain In The Eyes, Fever. Using Contact Lens. Is There An Eye Drop?
HI, this morning i woke up and i had a fever and my eyes were hurting. My fever is gone now, but my eyes are still hurting. I recently got contacts too, but i dont sleep in them or anything. Its my right eye that hurts when i look to the right, is there something i can do to make the pain go away? Like put eye drops maybe?
Hi
Ocular congestion is common in fever due to increased temperature that subsides once temperature comes down or if associated conjunctival involvement is over. One should never sleep with contact lenses own moreover they should be worn for the prescribed period of time. You should consult an eye specialist just to rule out any contact lens associated problem.
Take care
