Hello.Treatment established is not suitable. The analgesic effect of both drugs is negligible. In addition,is neccesary establish a correct diagnose, requesting knee radiography and thereafter, even,a nuclear magnetic resonance(mri);because meniscus affection is a possible diagnose. You must go to Traumatologist. Now can take oral antiinflammatory(for example diclofenac).I wish you good health.
