Pain In The Legs And Buttocks After Riding A Bike For A Long Time. Is This Pain Position Related?

I ride passenger on a motorcycle with its own highup seat and back rest and leg rests.
We take breaks from riding every two hours. As time goes on, I experience increasing leg pain and pain in my bottocks. then when I get off the bike my legs are like rubber bands when I walk, they hurt and I am unsteady on my feet bringing me to tears. I am 56 years old, 138lbs female and in reasonably good health. Is it my age, the ergonomics of the bike, my anatomy causing this? Do I have a possible condition that I may not be aware of? Oh yes, my legs sometimes hurt after a long day walking at work. Thank you
