Your symptoms can be caused by urinary tract infection or stress. Lower abdominal pain radiating to the back and burning sensation especially during urinating is quite characteristic for uti. You may also suffer from frequent urinating.
Stress can also give many different digestive tract symptoms like constipations, vomiting, etc. If you connect this symptoms with some food intake, gastroenterocilitis can be the reason.
If you do suffer from constipations for a long time, diverticultitis should be also considered.
I suggest you t try mild diet, probiotics and Magnesium supplementation. You should also have urine analysis and blood work done. If symptoms will be present for few more day you should visit gastroenterologist for further examination.
Hope this will help.
Regards.
