Pain In The Right Side, Painful Swelling. Swelling In The Fallopian Tube. Any Treatment In Ayurveda?
Sir i am 37years lady ,i have 2 child also,
Last 5-6 month i have pain in right side , periods are very painful,dr find my falopian tube to much swelling , 7.2-5.6cm ,my both child segerion ,i have done family planing operation last 5 years.i want to know sir any tratment in ayurvedic, i dont want to go surgery .pls answer my query thanks

1. going by the history seems to be a case of salpingitis i.e. inflammation of fallopian tube and probably of bacterial cause.
2. did the swelling occurred after sexual intercourse or after insertion of IUD (if any)?
3. pain and painful periods indicates the severity of the symptoms.
4. because Dr. has examined you, make sure mucus swab is sent to laboratory for examination and identification of bacterial species.
5. consult with a female Ayurveda physician (Stri roga & Prasuti tantra) for effective Ayurveda medicines and management.

The most common cause would be pelvic inflammatory disease. Pelvic inflammatory disease is a sexually transmitted infection thin with urination.at occurs when bacteria gain access through the cervix to the uterus and fallopian tubes, causes pain and fever and inflammation along with vaginal discharge or pain with urination.
And two common players are Chlamydia and Gonorrhea,
Another possible cause of this finding would be Endometriosis. This can lead to pain and inflammation that especially fluctuate with the menstrual cycle.
In Ayurveda, Take Aloe vera plant juice.It is a wonderful tonic for the female reproductive system.
