Pain In The Testicles And Abdomen. Cancer Chances?

Hi, good morning, I have a problem regarding on my testis (my balls) it hurts most of the time, specially wen I touch it, and when hits my short..i also noticed that there s something hard thing besides my left testis , i feel the pain up to my abdomen ..please help me with this problem. I/m hoping that this is not a cancer ..i have read so many stories and information on internet and, but i am Still confused regarding this. i have my work , that s why i have no time to go to DOCTOR..please help me.this is James, 20 y/o , from Philippines. you can send your answer here, YYYY@YYYY ..thanks in advance for the information, and cure about this...

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
This is most probably inflammation / infection of the sperm collecting tubules of the tests.

Unfortunately, medicines cannot be written on the net without physical examination, as it may be something else also.
It is better to take time off, visit a doc and get treated asap before it gets aggravated.
Till that time please try
1. Tight scrotal support.
2. Ice application to the painful area.
3. Over the counter pain killers.
