Welcome to HCM
I understand your problem.
Stress in life can create psychosomatic illness.
Means Mind mimics illness of body.
You had been under stress for a considerable time.
Consult a psychologist or yoga master and practice relaxation techniques.
Exercise, walk, listen to music, do interested activities, hobbies etc.
Also important is to consult a general physician and confirm there are no underlying physical problems,
Wish you speedy recovery.
