Pain In Upper Left Chest, Difficulty In Sleeping. Taking Painkillers. Advice?

I have continuos pain that starts in my upper left chest and continues up into my shoulder and neck then up to my ear and behind my ear and just under my jaw.i cannot lay on my right side because it makes the pain worse.i have difficulty in sleeping at night because of this pain.painkillers do not seem to touch it or ibubufren cream.can you help please

Hi thanks for asking to HCM after reading your problem i want to say. If you feel in discomfort during sleep or while lying down. It could be due to lung and heart disease. So the thing need is chest x ray to know the cause. So just consult with physician for further diagnose. Take care. Bye.
