Pain On Both Sides While Walking After Hysterectomy With Laparosope, Goes Away On Resting. Concerned?

yes, thankyou. I had a complete hysterectomy with the laparasope on july9th. I have been doing great up until this week. I have carried a purse and I have been walking more. it feels like I have pain on both sides kind of like stitches when you run and you are out of shape . the pain subsequently goes away with rest, but I am concerned about it. when I lie completely down, after about 30-45 min. it goes away. just worried. some of my friends think that I may be getting a hernia.
thx

hello Kari
After lap hysterectomy inner stitches take about three months to dissolve. when you move fast due to streching of these stitches you feal pain.So avoide moving fast and heavy work.Generally their is no hernia in laparoscopic surgery.
