Pain On Left Side Of Neck Everytime. What It Might Be?

I have a pain on the left side of my neck everytime I swallow at first I thought it was just a sore throat because I had a fever not to long ago but now I realize that it s not and the left side of my neck is in pain everytime I swallow any ideas what it might be

u may be having ulceration on left side in throat.it may be left sided tonsillitis with follicle in it causing pain while swallowing.take betadine gargles three times daily for five days.it may be due to GERD.
