Pain & Rattling Sound In The Back After Slightly Pulling A Muscle In Lower Left Back?
I slightly pulled a muscle in lower left back. When i rolled over in beck the next night i heard a tearing sound. I could hardly move, couldn't lay down, kinda hurt to walk & couldnt take deep breaths. I took 3 200 mg neaproxin (sorry for spelling ) n finally got to sleep. Now when i lay down on my back i feel pain & get a rattle when i breath. Is it something serious?
The symptoms suggest that your back muscles have gone into spasm ('tightening of the muscles').
There is nothing to worry about : a short-course of anti-inflammatory pain killers, such as, ibuprofen; and, muscle relaxants, such as Chlorzoxazone; in addition to hot compresses (hot water bottle) and rest will relieve you of the problems.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and will prescribe the advised drugs in appropriate doses.
