Pain, Swelling In Elbow. Popped A Large Pimple Yesterday. Also Have Mild Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Cause Of Pain?
Just some few minutes from now, my elbow started aching. I felt it with my hand and realised it is very swollen and feels warm. Yesterdah I popped a large pimple that had grown there. I am 23 and have no previous history of arthritis nor any of my close relatives ever had-plus I did not have bumped on my elbow and I have a mild case of carpal tunnel syndrome occuring from time to time.

Large pimple on elbow indicates some development of cellulitis which causes pain and swelling.
Take proper local care.
Apply antibiotic cream on it.
Start proper antibiotic like amoxy/cavulinic to subside infection.
Take nsaid to subside pain,swelling.
B12,calcium,minerals and other supplements are advisable.
Permanent cure for carpel tunnel syndrome is surgery under guidance of orthopedician.

Seems like you have developed folliculitis .
Now firstly I would advise you to keep the area clean and dry as much as possible.
Do not apply any kind of moisturizing creams/lotions or oil over the affected area.
Wear cotton clothes so as to decrease the amount of sweating.
Clean the area with lukewarm water twice a day and apply an antibiotic cream like mupirocin gel over the area twice daily.
If inspite of the above measures, the lesion persists or continues to increase in size, then you might need a course of oral antibiotics along with pain killers.
In that case, I would advise you to visit a dermatologist for proper assessment and treatment.
