I recently had bronchitis really bad. I have never coughed so much! I was on bed rest for three weeks. While coughing I developed some pain under my left breast. A chest xray showed that I did not break a rib. I was told that it was probably muscular. The pain did start to get better even after I returned to work. However, recently the pain has become even worse than it was when I was sick. I am not sure that it iL;s muscular because there isn't any pain when I move my arm. The pain is bad when I have to bend down and even worse when I come back up. I already take Flexoral at bedtime plus I take Lyrica and Cymbalta for my Fribomyalgia, which I would think all that should take care of the pain! I also take Urocet for pain. I have tried using Absormine Jr., Bengay, and Salonpas pain relief patch. None of those did anything for the pain. I would think that if it is muscular that at least one of the stuff mentioned above would have worked. What do you think the pain is?
