Hello,
I went through your complaints. The food you are taking is measured by calories and the work you do even exercise are measured by calories.
If the output is more than the input you can reduce your
cholesterol as well you lose your body weight. The exercise should be as per your age. If you are middle age and above you are supposed to do isotonic exercise only, like walking, jogging and swimming.
The body needs a balanced diet consisting of
carbohydrate, protein, fat,
vitamins and minerals. It seems that your carbohydrate intake is very less. The decrease in bowel movements depends upon the digestive enzymes. If you feel that your bowel movements are reduced you can take Tab like
Cisapride to increase the motility. Contraindiction for this tab is nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. You feel your problem may be due to gas. That also indicates
indigestion. Do a USG to find out any cause for indigestion especially for liver and pancreas. If no abnormality is found you can take antacids, Antispasmodics and anti flatulants along with digestive enzymes. If necessary you can take mild laxatives, before that rule out piles and
amoebiasis, Which also produces
constipation alternating with diarrhea.
Mean while do other necessary investigation for sudden loss of weight. Maintain the same diet with additional little carbohydrate and corresponding exercise.
You will be alright
Best wishes
