Painful Arm With Wrist Bone Sticking Out And Sever Pain With Tingling Sensation And Inability To Stretch. What Can Be Done?

Hello, I have a problem with my arm, my wrist bone is kind sticking out if I put my hand palm to me it sticks out a lot Ithe bone that leads to little finger i've had this for about 4months..recently about 3 weeks ago I started getting pain in my arm gradually to the point now where it aches constantly and is tingley if I extend it it causes the most horrible pain almost like stretching & ripping then in the last week or so I've had a lump come up just above my elbow on right hand side about size of my fingertip Its solid & a little painful if you push it it kind of gives me a dead arm
