Painful Bleeding Gash On Labia Minora After Intercourse. Applied Neosprin. How To Treat This?

I am having a serious problem. I had sex Sunday and my partner was kind of rough. Afterward my vagina felt numb for a while I couldn't move. After I the numbness went away I was feeling ok but later that day I felt a stinging sensation down there so I went to the restroom and looked down there and went I pulled back the right side of my labia minor it started to hurt really bad then I saw this split/cut that is a big enough to see and I applied some neosporin on it and that kept it from hurting for a while but when I went to shower and I wiped down there it started bleeding....can somebody help me???

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
If the laceration is small, it will respond and heal with topical antibiotic. If the wound is deep and bleeds persistently then suturing might be required.
I would advise that you meet your doctor and get the wound examined.
Hope this helped.
Take care
