Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. 10-12 pus cells , albumin ++ , r b c 2-4 are abnormal. Vaginal pus, burning sensation during urination and ulcer all are an indication of serious infection . Particularly passing of albumin is involvement of kidney, for the confirmation please consult Urologist and get his opinion . However infection's cause may be vaginal discharge or otherwise. Get in M R I of kidneys and urine culture and sensitivity (drug) will aslo find out the cause. In my opinion please consult at once. May be glomerulonephritis ( kidney infection ). Good luck. Dr. HET
