Painful Growth On Areola. Is It A Boil Or Pimple ?
Please write your question...Please help.. I have a very painful pimple/boil on my left areola . Ive had a dry patch on that areola that looks scaly for about a year or so. The lump is new. Can it be a boil or pimple?!?I am 33 I have endomitriosis and only one child who is 13. I was diagnosed a s type 2 diabetic about 2 years ago.

It could be eczema if it is scaly and itchy also. I suggest you visti your Doctor who will be able to tell you the various causes of such a lump and help treat it. If the lump is growing in size, it's pretty dangerous. Some Cancers present this way also.
