Hello and welcome.

As per the history posted here it appears you have gum problem called as periodontitis.

Do you also have loose teeth and decay in your mouth?please get them examined clinically as it is best to start the treatment early for gum tissue.

Damaged and infected gums cannot hold teeth longer.

Later on,Upon following good oral hygiene measures can help you retain teeth in mouth for longer.

Let me know for further doubts please.

Thanks.
Take care.
