Painful Lump On The Arm. Have Swelling. Whom Should I Consult?

Hi, I know this sounds similar to the questions below, but I have a lump on the inside of my arm to the left of my elbow that has grown increaingly painful over the last 3 weeks. it feels like a bruise when I touch it but I dont show any signs of brusing nor did i hit it. It has swelled and now the discomfort has traveled up my arm inside my arm pit but no lumps there. This "knot" or lump hurts to the touch and is swelled around that area. I am not sure what kind of doctor I should see about this and what your inital thoughts would be. Thank you for your time.
