Painful Lumps And Swelling In Upper Inner Left Thigh, Tiredness, Lack Of Appetite, Sore Abdomen. Advice

Hi im a 29yr old male..and for about a week now I notice that I had a fairly large lump located on my upper inner left thigh..at first I could walk ok..and now I noticed that I have a total of 4 lumps now in that area..and it is very difficult for me to walk..I noticed I feel very tired and although im hungry I dont really have an appitite..its also very painful when I touch them..in that area is also slighty swollen..and also my lower left abdomin is getting sore as well..not sure what it is..my family wants me to go to the hospital but im very stubborn..any ideals what it could be?
