Painful Pimple On Sides Of Urinal Part, Leaves Pus, Blood. Unable To Sit, Walk. Help?

Hello , my name is Jayalakshmi(female). I have a quite big pimples on the sides of my urinal part.
Since , 2 months they are not going . And they are very painful. Iam not able to sit & walk properly. And when they get large , they start leaving pus & blood. And again they pop-up. I have no idea what is happening to me.
Please , help me to get rid of these pimples.

Hi i think the painful pimples over the urinal part when popped up discharges blood and pus can be furunculosis.it is due to excess moisture in that area and uncleanliness in that area.it can be treated with broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily .anti inflammatory agent like combiflame twice daily and application of t-bact ointment.if no response it may be abscess go for incision and drainage
