Since Tuesday I've been feelin pressure just inside my rectum. It's now Friday and I still have pressure and it's also painfull it feels like something is stuck just inside. Constant urge to poop but when I try ...nothing. Hurts too bad to push my girlfriend says it's probly internal hemmerhoids. I'm 49 and in pain.....t
Thanks for the query. It can be internal hemorrhoids but it can be some other more serious pathology as well. So you definitely need specialist work up to rule out tumors or polyps which are common things at your age. If this is what you think then it can be managed surgically or by dietary changes. but as I said,you need to rule out other possible causes and confirm the diagnosis of hemorrhoids first.
