Painful Shoulder, Neck, Upper Arm With High BP And Ultrasound Showing Something Like Cyst/tumor Near Aorta?

my wife went to e.r. With pain in shoulder neck and upper arm, and very hi blood pressure. After over night stay, EKG and blood work came back negitive for heart attack. Also a test for inflmanation was negitive. The pain in arm and neck ( we were told) was unrelated to her symtoms. How ever an ultra sound show something near her aorta. Perhaps a cyst or tumor. For some reason the ultra sound was not very clear. Doctors want to do another ultra sound with a prob down her neck. What do you think is going on?

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Ultrasound has technical limitations / repeating via the probe gives nearer access and better clarity
At times CT scan or MRI / guided biopsy may be necessary
Any suspected tumour or cyst needs full investigation...

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
