Painful Swollen Tissue Under Foot, Pus. Is This Hygiene Problem? Meet Doctor?

My eight year old boy had painful swollen tissue under his one foot. One night I opened it and there was a lot of puss comming out for about 2-3 days. Now two days ago he complained about two of his fingers and the same there, puss was goming out next to his nails. Under he's right arm he has a swollen gland. One of my questios is could this be caused by a hiygene problem? Would it be nesassery to take him to the doctor for some anti biotics? He does'nt have a fever nor any other symptoms of child illnesses.

DEAR
I THINK YOUR BOY HAS DEVELOPED INFECTION SINCE THERE IS PUS COLLECTION.
BUT WHY DID YOU REMOVE THE PUS?
THE PUS HAS TO BE REMOVED BY THE DOCTOR WHO WILL BE TAKING PROPER CARE TO ENSURE THE WOUND IS CLEANED PROPERLY AND THE PUS DRAINED WELL.
SINCE YOUR BOY IS SMALL,I SUGGEST YOU SHOULD TAKE HIM TO THE DOCTOR.THE DOCTOR WILL GIVE HIM SOME PAIN KILLER,ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS AND ANTIBIOTICS PLUS REGULAR DRESSING OF THE WOUND.
HOPE I COULD HELP YOU OUT
