Painful To Touch, Soft Lump Under Ear, Swollen Face And Neck, Painful Neck And Ear. Have Lupus, Sjornes Syndrome. On Immuno Suppressents. Advice

I have a lump directly under my ear where meets the jaw, It is painful to touch , soft about the size of a pea. Today I noticed the same side of my face and neck are swollen , pain in my neck in the back and side. My ear hurts at times and feels like it's being filled with concrete is the only way I can describe it. I have lupus , sjornes syndrome and take immuno- suppressants. Lost my health insurance so I don't want to rush to a doctor unless it's necessary..any advice would help...thank you

Hello
Lump could be an enlarged lymph node. There can be infection inside.
You can take a course of antibiotic like azithromycin 500mg once a dy for 5days.
Secondly You can do steam inhalations two times a day.
You will require decongestants with antihistaminics.
In doubt do reply
