Hello,
thanks for using health care magic,
masturbation has not been shown to negatively affect the body's health. Its just a way of responding to the sexual urge which is part of the secondary sexual characteristics of adults.
The problems with masturbation are that;
-masturbation could lead to severe addiction that would be detrimental to your personality; for instance, you will remain long hours in the room alone, you might consciously or unconsciously find your hand on your private part regardless whether you are in public or not and also, it might negatively affect your sexual response or output with a lady.
-secondly, masturbation can lead to traumatic lesions of the
urethra or infections which is probably what you are going through at moment.
So, given that, it is necessary to meet a doctor for a urine analysis test to check for the presence of infection.
It is advisable to drink as much water as possible ( at least 2 liters a day) so as to constantly flush out micro-organisms present in the
urinary tract and to prevent micro-organism from stagnating and growing.
To stop masturbation, you need to avoid pornographic and romantic films if you are fun of them, avoid being alone, have more of out door activities, meeting with friends and above all you need a strong will to stop.
Hope this helps you.
Best regards
