Pain, numbness And Occasional Spasm In Left Hand. Underwent Left Ulnar Nerve Transposed And Left Supra Scapular Nerve Decompression. Brachial Plexus Injury?

I'm having pain/numbness in my left hand, wrist and forearm. Occasional muscle spasms on thumb side of palm and wrist. Feelings of weakness/heaviness in ring and little finger. Had left ulnar nerve transposed 4 years ago and left supra scapular nerve decompressed 7 years ago. Could this all be related to a Brachial Plexus injury?
