Papsmear Abnormal With Possibility Of HPV. How To Cure Bump In Clitoris With Itchiness?

I went to my family doctor in June 2013 and they told me my papsmear came back abnormal and that I may have HPV. A couple of days ago, I notice a bump same pinkish color of my clitorius on my clitorius hood. It to itches really bad and hurts based sensitive to touch. I also keep catching B, what to do?

Hi,

It is suggestive of genital warts. Based on the history you seem to have developed genital warts apparently caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). You need to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment which may involve the use of medications like imiquimod or podophyllins. If the visible warts do not go away with time, you may need laser or cryosurgery to remove them.
