Hello,
Your father is having left sided hemiplegia.
The main treatment for hemiplegia is rehabilitation which helps in regaining maximum function and quality of life.
It encompasses both physical and occupational therapy.
Physical Therapy helps in improving  muscle strength, coordination, mobility etc.
Occupational therapy helps in training daily activities like combing, brushing, dressing etc.
Recovery in hemiplegia is very limited and gradual. Most of the patients improve from intensive and specialised rehabilitation
Apart from physical therapy emphasis is laid upon controlling blood pressure and diabetes meticulously.
With time some patients can exhibit remarkable progress.
Keep continuing rehabilitation programme.
Best of luck
Thanks
