Further in neurology, the outcome also largely depends upon the degree of initial damage to the brain. Brain stroke are mainly of two types, one in which there is bleeding and the second where there is less blood supply to brain in a particular area and that area gets damaged due to poor blood supply. The outcome of stroke depends upon which area of the brain is damaged, whether he had complete or partial paralysis and whether he had multiple areas of the brain involved. Again the outcome depends if you have gone to the hospital for treatment within 3 hrs or not, as there is a treatment available which can be given only within 3 hours.
