Parkinsons, Rash Around Groin And Buttocks, Back, Arm Pits. What To Do?

father has parkinsons, tonight had a rash starting around groin and buttocks, up his back, under his arm pits and down the underside of his arm. the rash is splotchy at first and then melds together. the rash is warm to the touch. cheeks of face are flush. chest and legs are clear.

Hi i think u are suffering from tinea infection which a fungal infection due to superficial dermatophyte species.it is mainly due to excessive sweating or moisture content . It presents as round to oval patches with central clearing especially over the folds.
It can be treated by atarax 25 mg at night.terbinafine 250 mg daily once and application of terbinafine ointment twice daily
