Hello and welcome to HCM
You have mentioned that you are facing a problem of muscle weakness and sensory disturbances on the right side of your body.
The next step is to see your physician and get an EMG (Electromyogram) and nerve conduction studies done.
These two tests will tell whether the problem lies in the nerves or the muscles. Most likely it seems to be a nerve problem but you need tests to confirm it. Subsequently, further tests will be ordered after the results for these tests.
See that if you have any family history of nerve or muscle problem as it could be hereditary.
Thanks and take care
