Patient Of Insomnia, Hypertension, Prescribed Clonil, Clonotril, Olimelt, Have Alcohol. Any Side Effects ?

Hello Sir,

am a patient of insomnia & hypertension . i am under medication for the last 2 months . My neuro-Psychiatist has prescribed me clonil,clonotril .5& olimelt 5. the issue is i consume 3 pegs of alcohol daily . will it have negative effects on the medication or i should quit drinking so long i am under medication

Alcohol has problems by itself – affects the liver, heart, brain, stomach...
In combination with hypertension, it will be worse –
In combination with anti-depressant and anxiolytic you are taking, there will be drug interaction...
