Pelvic Scan Shows Non Bulky, Non Graud Utery, Thickened Endometrial Plate, No Free Fluid In POD. Recommended M2 Tone. Advice

Hi doctor
I did pelvic scan n the report shows
Non bulky, non graurd utery
LS-65mm,AP-35mm,TS-38mm.
The endometrial plate appears thickened measuring 9mm
Lt ovary - 30x19mm
Rt ovary-not visualized
No free fluid in the POD

Pls is it ok n hope it doesn't affect me from getting pregnant. My doctor recommend me to use M2 tone for 2month pls advise on what to do.

I do not think the results presented do raise any panic. The opinion of your doctor, in my opinion, is appreciable. I do think you take the drug, but do not hesitate signaling any unusual symptoms or in case of persistence of symptoms. Your capacity of getting pregnant is well preserved. Counsel from your primary care doctor or gynecologist could help in giving you advice with respect of pregnancy issues. kind regards
