IAM 30 YEARS OLD GOT MARRIED 1.5 YEARS BEFORE. MY PENIS IS STILL FULLY COVERED WITH FORESKIN IAM UNABLE TO SEE THE HEAD OF THE PENIS WHERE AS I SEE OTHERS PENIS HEAD IS SEEN. ALSO WHILE HAVING SEX WHILE PENITRATING THE INNER PART OF COMES OUT FROM THE SKIN BUT SPERM IS NOT COMING WHERE AS IF I DO HAVE SEX NORMALLY FROM OUTSIDE I GET SPERM EASILY. KINDLY GIVE SOLUTION.

Try gentle retraction of the foreskin at bath with soap and water. If still not retractile, it is wise to consult.
I am sorry, i cant understand your last statement.
During the intercourse, the space available in the vagina is limited for the penis to have the jerky movement associated with ejaculation and hence you have the feel, whereas during masturbation the penis has enough space to have the jerky movement at ejaculation.
