hello sir, my name is hrushikesh, i am 27 years old, i am having some pain in my pennis, front side skin is not coming back it is itching and very paining, when i tried to pull the skin back there are some small cuts hapenning and it is very painful, please tell me whom to contact for these king of problems. please help me
