Penis Itching From Inside, Blood, Micro Sized Sperm Coming Out On Squeezing. Reason?
Yes, my penis started itching from the inside, about two days ago. There wasn't any discharge at first. So I started squeezing tightly at the base of my penis upwards. I found that it produced a teardrop size of blood. To make sure it was blood that I was seeing, I grabbed a piece of tissue and touched it and the color was red. Well, I haven't seen any signs of blood anymore. Now, a couple of days into this, I have been seeing what appears to be micro sized sperm. Also, at the top right side of pubic hairs

i think the itching from inside was due to deposition of smegma. Your tight squeezing resulted in some damage to penile tissue, resulting in slight bleeding . it healed by itself.
As for as micro sized sperm is concerned, you actually need a microscope to see a sperm so you can't see a sperm with naked eye
i feel you think too much about your penis. It is a normal organ of your body and focus on the general health and a routine of daily exercise .too much anxiety about sexual health can be harmful

Hi ! You have not mentioned about your age and about your sexual habits. From your history, we have to exclude any chances of infection in the prostate, and in elderly persons, one has to exclude the benign hyperplasia/malignancy of the prostate gland. Also repeated masturbation may produce this. If this recurs however, then you may have to go for an ultrasound of kidney, prostate and bladder. Presently you should take a lot of liquids.
