Period Lasted A Day Followed By Spotting. Pain In Right Ovary. HPT Negative. Reason?
Hi I'm very concerned I always have my period on time and this month it came on time but only bled for one day but not extramly heavy. And then spotted pink blood when I wipe for the next day. I never had any problems with my period before. Been getting a pain on my right overie as well. Have done a HPT and been negative ? Very confused as this has never happend to me before. I did notice last month to be short period as it only went for 2 days ? What could all this be ?

The lesser than normal bleeding is not indicative of pregnancy. Since your HPT is also negative, pregnancy is further ruled out. The decreased bleeding can be due to weakness or anaemia.
